ÖZET
Çalışma, ''Hemşirelik Tarihi ve Deontoloji'' dersinin öğrencilerin etik değerlerine (sorumluluk, saygı duyma ve adil olma) etkisini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yarı deneysel tasarımla gerçekleştirilen çalışma grubunu, bu dersi alan 39 öğrenci (girişim grubu) ve dersi almayan 48 öğrenciden (kontrol grubu) oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak ''Kişisel Bilgi Formu'' ve ''Sağlık Bilimlerinde Okuyan Öğrencilerin Etik Değerleri Ölçeği (SBOÖEDÖ)'' kullanılmış ve 87 öğrenci dâhil edilmiştir. Girişim grubundaki öğrencilere, 13 hafta boyunca haftada 2 saat süren ''Hemşirelik Tarihi ve Deontoloji'' eğitimi verilmiştir. Kontrol grubuna ise herhangi bir müdahalede bulunulmamıştır. Eğitim sürecinin sonunda, her iki gruba tekrar SBOÖEDÖ uygulanarak veriler toplanmıştır. Girişim grubundaki öğrencilerin SBOÖEDÖ ön test toplam puanı (113,48±13,04) iken, son test toplam puanıdır (122,23±14,11). Ön test ve son test toplam puanı arasındaki farkın istatistiksel anlamlı olduğu bulundu (p<0,05). Kontrol grubundaki öğrencilerin SBOÖEDÖ ön test toplam puanı (117,56±11,21) iken, son test toplam puanı (115,79±10,34)'dür. Ön test ve son test toplam puanları arasında anlamlı fark bulunmadı (p>0,05). Girişim ve kontrol grubunun ön testler SBOÖDÖ puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında, anlamlı farklılık bulunmazken (p>0,05); son testte anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,05). ''Hemşirelik Tarihi ve Deontoloji'' dersi alan öğrencilerin SBOÖEDÖ puanlarında artış saptandı. Girişim grubundaki öğrencilerin ''sorumluluk bilinci'' alt boyut puan ortalamaları açısından grup içi (t=-2,397; p=0,022) ve 2 grup arasında istatistiksel anlamlı artış saptandı (t=-3,425; p=0,001). Aynı zamanda bu gruptaki öğrencilerin ''adil olma'' alt boyut puan ortalamalarında grup içerisindeki artışın istatistiksel anlamlı olduğu saptanırken (t=-2,743, p=0,009) ''saygı duyma'' alt boyut puan ortalamalarında grup içerisindeki artışın istatistiksel anlamlı olmadığı belirlenmiştir (p>0,05). ''Hemşirelik Tarihi ve Deontoloji'' dersinin öğrencilerin etik değerlerini olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted to examine the effect of the ''Nursing History and Deontology'' lesson on students' ethical values (responsibility, respect, fairness). The study group designed using a quasi-experimental method, consisted of 39 students who took the lesson (intervention group) and 48 students who did not (control group). ''The Personal Information Form'' and ''the Ethical Values Scale for Students Studying in Health Sciences (EVSSHS)'' were used as data collection instruments, and a total of 87 students participated in the study. Students in the intervention group received the ''Nursing History and Deontology'' lesson for 2 hours per week over a period of 13 weeks. The control group did not receive any intervention. At the end of the educational process, both groups were re-administered the EVSSHS, and the data were collected again. The mean pre-test EVSSHS score of the intervention group was 113.48±13.04, while the post-test mean score was 122.23±14.11. The difference between the pre- and post-test total scores was found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). In the control group, the pre-test mean score was 117.56±11.21, and the post-test mean score was 115.79±10.34. No significant difference was observed between their pre- and post-test scores (p>0.05). When comparing the mean pre-test EVSSHS scores of the intervention and control groups, no significant difference was found (p>0.05); however, a statistically significant difference was found in the post-test scores (p<0.05). The EVSSHS scores increased in the students who took the ''Nursing History and Deontology'' lesson. There was a statistically significant increase in both intragroup (t=-2.397; p=0.022) and inter-group (t=-3.425; p=0.001) comparisons of the ''responsibility awareness'' sub-dimension scores for students in the intervention group. Additionally, a statistically significant within-group increase was observed in the ''being fair'' sub-dimension scores (t=-2.743; p=0.009). However, the increase in the ''respect'' subdimension scores within the group was not statistically significant (p>0.05). It was concluded that the ''Nursing History and Deontology'' lesson had a positive effect on students' ethical values.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
