ÖZET
Amaç: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine yönelik tutumları ile bakım davranışları arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı türdeki araştırmanın örneklemini 298 hemşirelik öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Veriler, 'Kişisel Bilgi Formu', 'Toplumsal Cinsiyet Rolleri Tutum Ölçeği (TCRTÖ)' ve 'Bakım Değerlendirme Ölçeği (BDÖ)' ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Kız öğrencilerin yaş ortalamasının 20,6±1,6 yıl, erkek öğrencilerin yaş ortalamasının 21,1±2 yıl olduğu; %66,8'inin kız, %33,2'sinin erkek olduğu, öğrencilerin %52,4'ünün mesleği iş bulma garantisi nedeni ile seçtiği, %69,5'inin ise bölüme isteyerek geldiği belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin TCRTÖ puan ortalaması 107,8±12,8, BDÖ puan ortalaması 5,2±0,8 olarak saptanmıştır. TCRTÖ'nin; 'Eşitlikçi cinsiyet rolü' alt boyutu ile BDÖ toplam puan ortalaması arasında pozitif yönde ve düşük düzeyde, evlilikte cinsiyet ve geleneksel cinsiyet rolü alt boyut puan ortalamaları ile BDÖ toplam puan ortalaması arasında negatif yönde düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişki saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Öğrencilerin toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine yönelik tutumlarının eşitlikçi yönde, bakım davranışları algılamalarının ise iyi düzeyde olduğu, bakım davranışları ile evlilikte cinsiyet ve geleneksel cinsiyet rollerine yönelik tutumları arasında negatif yönde, eşitlikçi cinsiyet rolü ile pozitif yönde ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the relationship between nursing students' attitudes towards gender roles and care behaviors. Material and Methods: The sample of the descriptive study consisted of 298 nursing students. The data were collected using 'Personal Information Form', 'Gender Roles Attitude Scale (GRAS)' and 'Caring Assessment Questionnaire (Care-Q)'. Results: The mean age of the female students was 20.6±1.6 years, the mean age of the male students was 21.1±2 years; it was determined that 66.8% were girls, 33.2% were boys, 52.4% of the students chose the profession because of the job finding guarantee and 69.5% of the students came to the department willingly. The mean score of GRAS of the students was 107.8±12.8 and the mean score of Care-Q was 5.2±0.8. A positive and low level correlation was determined between the 'Egalitarian Gender Role' subscale and the total score average of Care-Q, there was a negative and low level significant correlation between 'Marriage Gender Role' and 'Traditional Gender Role' subscales point average and Care-Q total score average. Conclusion: It was determined that the attitudes of the students towards gender roles were in an egalitarian way and their perception of caring behaviors was at a good level. There was a negative relationship between caring behaviors and attitudes towards marriage gender rol and traditional gender roles in, and there was a positive relationship with the egalitarian gender role.

1. TERMS OF USE

Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
