Bu süreçte, öğrencilerin bakım davranışlarına ilişkin farkındalık kazanmaları, pandemi döneminde klinik uygulama ortamlarının desteklenmesi, klinikte yer alan hemşirelik öğrencilerinin bakım davranışlarının nasıl etkilendiğine yönelik farklı örneklem gruplarında ve farklı yöntemlerle çalışmalar yapılarak, sorunların ortaya çıkarılması, tanımlanması, çözüme ilişkin baş etme stratejilerinin eğitim programları içerisine entegre edilmesi önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between the fear of coronavirus and care behaviors experienced by senior nursing students who had clinical practice during the pandemic period. Material and Methods: The study was performed as descriptive and correlational. The research was carried out with 70 senior nursing students who volunteered to participate in the study and had clinical practice for at least one semester within the scope of the general practice course between 15.02.2021 and 15.03.2021. The data related to the study were collected online using a socio-demographic questionnaire, 'Coronavirus Fear Scale', and 'Care Behaviors Scale24' via e-mail/message. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using the SPSS 21 package program, and parametric and non-paremetric tests were used. Spearman correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the scales. Results: The students' mean score on the Coronavirus Fear Scale was 17.34±5.77. The mean of total score of Students' Caring Behaviors Scale-24 was 5.15±0.62, and it was determined that they got 5.23±0.65 points from the assurance sub-dimension, 5.06±0.74 points from the knowledge and skills subdimension, 5.18±0.69 points from the respect sub-dimension, and 5.05±0,69 points from the commitment sub-dimension. A statistically significant relationship was not found between the Coronavirus Fear Scale and the Care Behaviors Scale-24 total and subgroup scores. Conclusion: In our study, it was found that nursing students had a moderate level of COVID-19 fear and this did not affect their care behavior. In this process, it is necessary for students to obtain awareness about their care behaviours, to support clinical practice environments during the pandemic, to reveal and define the problems and integrate the coping strategies related to the solution into the education programs. And also it is recommended to conduct studies in different sample groups and with different methods on how the care behaviours of nursing students in the clinic.
