Objective: The study was planned in a comparative descriptive design to determine the effect of taking the women's health and culture course on the knowledge levels and attitudes of nursing students about holistic complementary and alternative medicine methods towards women's health. Material and Methods: An invitation to participate in the study was sent to all students studying at a nursing faculty without making a sample selection. 152 students who took the women's health and culture course and 135 students who did not take the course participated. The data were collected using the descriptive information form and the Holistic Complementary and Alternative Medicine Questionnaire (HCAMQ) using the 'google.survey' tool. Results: The mean age of the participants was 22.36±2.32. 94.4% of the students heard about holistic complementary and alternative treatments, 32.4% used these methods, 13.9% rarely used them, 59.6% heard about these methods on TV-internet and 51.9% he stated that these methods can be used when necessary. The total score of HCAMQ was 28.44±4.31. It was determined that the mean score obtained by the students from the HCAMQ sub-dimensions was related to the complementary sub-dimension's economic status, the complementary sub-dimension was related to the family type, and the total score of the scale was related to the family type. Conclusion: The methods most familiar to the participants were determined as phytotherapy, use of herbal tea and aromatherapy. It was seen that television and internet were the primary sources that students heard about these methods. It was determined that students' attitudes towards holistic complementary and alternative medicine methods for women's health were positive and moderate.
