Bu sistematik derlemenin amacı, hemodiyaliz tedavisi uygulanan bireylerde sıvı alımı, diyet ve ilaç yönetimine uyumda motivasyonel görüşme yönteminin etkisini incelemektir. Bu sistematik derlemede, tarama yıl sınırlaması olmaksızın 'ScienceDirect, Web of Science, SpringerLink, Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, Ovid, CINAHL, PubMed, Cochrane Library, ProQuest, YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi, ULAKBİM' veri tabanlarında İngilizce dilinde 'hemodialysis', 'adherence', 'motivational interviewing' terimleri ve kombinasyonları kullanılarak Eylül 2019-Ekim 2019 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır.

The purpose of this systematic review was to examine the effect of the motivational interviewing on compliance to fluid intake, diet and drug management in individuals receiving hemodialysis treatment. Systematic searches were conducted in ScienceDirect, Web of Science, SpringerLink, Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, Ovid, CINAHL, PubMed, Cochrane Library, ProQuest, Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center, ULAKBIM databases in September 2019-October 2019 with using the 'hemodialysis, adherence, motivational interviewing' keywords. The eligible of studies was evaluated by 2 researchers and 5 studies were included. This systematic review was prepared according to the Cochrane handbook. Three of the studies included were randomized controlled trial and 2 were non-randomized. Three examined the effect of motivational interviewing on compliance to fluid intake, 1 to diet and drug management, and 1 to fluid intake, diet and drug management. The intervention was performed during hemodialysis sessions in 2 studies, and time of intervention was not specified in others. The number of sessions varied between 2-16 sessions, and the duration of intervention between 15-40 minutes. Adults' compliance to fluid intake, diet and drug management was evaluated with valid and reliable measurement tools. In this systematic review, it was seen that motivational interviewing had a positive effect on compliance to fluid intake, diet and drug management. The randomized controlled studies with larger sample groups regarding the effects of motivational interviewing on adults receiving hemodialysis treatment, and since this method aims at behavioral change in adults, using this in nursing care is recommended.
