Amaç: Eklemeli imalat yöntemi ile üretilmiş farklı geçici kron materyallerinin, farklı içeceklerde bekletilerek renk stabilitesinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmada iki farklı 3 boyutlu yazıcı (Formlabs Form 3 ve DentaFab) ile iki farklı geçici kron reçinesi [Formlabs (Temporary C&B) ve DentaFab (Temp Resin) (n=40)] kullanılarak toplam 80 adet geçici kron örneği üretildi. Hazırlanan örnekler, n=10 olmak üzere toplamda 8 gruba ayrıldı. Geçici kron örnekleri renklendirici solüsyona daldırılmadan önce ilk L*, a*, b* değerleri spektrofotometre kullanılarak ölçüldü.

Objective: It was aimed to evaluate the color stability of temporary crown materials produced by the additive manufacturing method by soaking them in different beverages. Material and Methods: A total of 80 temporary crowns were produced using two 3D printers (Formlabs-DentaFab) and two temporary crown resins [Formlabs (Temporary C&B) and DentaFab (Temp Resin) (n=40)]. They were divided into 8 groups in total, n=10. Before the temporary crowns were immersed in the coloring solution, L*, a*, b* values were measured using spectrophotometer. The samples were immersed in different coloring solutions (distilled water, tea, coffee, cherryjuice) and kept for a week. ΔE00 values of the samples taken out of the solution were recorded with a spectrophotometer and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: DentaFab showed more color change than Formlabs. DentaFab groups in all coloring solutions showed different coloration from each other, and on average, the highest color change was observed in cherry juice (17.78105) and the lowest color change was observed in tea (7.18535). In formlabs, it was similar to tea (3.64041) and cherry juice (3.27609), while coffee (5.05366) showed different coloration in the two groups. The highest ΔE00 was found in coffee, the lowest ΔE00 was found in cherry juice (p<0.001). Conclusion: It is thought that the color stability and different coloration values of the DentaFab group and Formlabs group may be due to differences in the chemical content of the materials, additive manufacturing technique and curing. Longterm temporary crowns should be selected from materials that are low in coloration.
