ÖZET
Amaç:Hemşirelerin yenidoğan canlandırması konusundaki bilgi ve becerileri, bebeğin yaşamda kalması açısından son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, yenidoğan yoğun bakım hemşirelerine verilen simülasyona dayalı kriz yönetimi eğitiminin bilgi düzeyine ve çözümleme oturumlarının öz değerlendirmeye olan etkisinin saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışma; özel bir hastane grubunun yenidoğan bölümlerinde çalışan 157 hemşireden, sınıf içinde verilen yenidoğan hemşireliği ve yenidoğan canlandırma eğitimini başarı ile tamamlamış 79 yenidoğan hemşiresiyle; yarı deneysel, tek gruplu ön test-son test araştırma tasarımı ile gerçekleştirildi. Örneklem grubunda yer alan hemşirelere ''Doğumhane Ortamında Yenidoğan Kriz Yönetimi'' simülasyon eğitimi öncesinde ve sonrasında ön test-son test uygulandı, Simülasyon eğitimi sonrası çözümlemeye geçmeden önce ve çözümleme sonrasında ''Yenidoğan Resüsitasyonu Katılımcı Öz Değerlendirme Formu'' ile öz değerlendirme yapmaları sağlandı ve eğitim sonunda eğitime ilişkin görüşleri alındı. Veriler IBM SPSS Statistics 22 (IBM, SPSS, Türkiye) kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular:Katılımcıların çoğunluğu (%50,6) lisans mezunudur. Deneyim sürelerine bakıldığında, %29,1'inin 0-12 ay, %38'inin 13-36 ay, %32,9'unun 37 ay ve üzerinde yenidoğan yoğun bakım deneyimi mevcuttur. Eğitim öncesinde yapılan ön test ortalaması 57,09±11,05 iken, eğitim sonrasında son test ortalamasının 70,13±11,35 olduğu, eğitim öncesine göre eğitim sonrasında katılımcıların bilgi düzeylerinde görülen artışın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlendi. Katılımcıların öz değerlendirme sonuçlarına bakıldığında, ''aspiratörü hazırladı'', ''oksijen kaynağını kontrol etti'', ''hipotermiden koruyucu giysiyi hazırladı'', ''önce ağzı sonra burnu aspire etti'' basamakları istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmamakla beraber, ''eksik /yanlış'' ya da hiç yapmadıkları görüldü. Sonuç: Simülasyona dayalı eğitimler, deneyimsel ve hatalardan öğrenme imkânı sunmaktadır. Simülasyon ortamında verilen yenidoğan canlandırma eğitimi bilgi düzeyindeki artışın yanı sıra farkındalık sağlama ve öz değerlendirme yapmaya katkı sağlamaktadır. Eksik veya yanlış yapılan ya da hiç yapılmayan uygulamaların, fiziksel ve kavramsal benzerlik sağlanmasına rağmen, tam bir duygusal benzerliğin yansıtılamaması sonucu olduğu söyleyenebilmektedir. Bu durum simülasyon eğitiminin bir dezavantajı olarak görülse de gerçek hastaya zarar vermeden hemşirelerin gelişiminde simülasyon yönteminin etkili bir yol olduğu düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The knowledge and skills of the nurses about the newborn resuscitation are very importantin terms of the survival of the baby. In this study, it was aimed to determine the knowledge level of crisismanagement education based on the simulation given to neonatal intensive care nurses and the effect ofdebriefing on self-evaluation. Material and Methods:This study was conducted with a semi-experimental, onegrouppre-test and post-test research design. Participants were 79 neonate nurses who successfully completed the both in class neonatal nursing and newborn resuscitation training programs among the 157 nurses working in the newborn intensive care unit in a private hospital. Pre-test and post-test were applied to the nurses in the sample group before and after the ''Newborn Crisis Management in the Delivery Room'' simulation training. Prior to and after the analysis of the simulation training, self-evaluation was provided with the ''Newborn Resuscitation Participatory Self-Evaluation Form'' and opinions about the training were obtained at the end of the training. The data that was obtained in the research was analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 Turkish. Results: The majority of participants (50.6%) are university graduates. According to the duration of the experience on neonatal intensive care unit, 29.1% of the participant were 0-12 months, 38% of were 13-36 months, 32.9% of were 37 months and over. The average pre-test was 57.09±11.05 in the pre- training period, whereas the posttest post-test average was 70.13±11.35 in the post-training period. According to the pre-training, the increase in the cognitive levels of the participants after the training was statistically significant. When the results of the self-evaluation of participants were examined, ''Prepared aspirator'', ''checked oxygen source'', ''prepared hypothermia protective clothing'', ''suction the mouth first then the nose'' steps were found to be ''missing/wrong'' or unperformed, although they did not make the statistical significance. Conclusion: As a result, simulationbased trainings provide experience and allows student to learn from their mistakes. Newborn resuscitation training given in the simulation environment contributes to awareness and self-evaluation as well as cognitive development. We can say that applications that are incomplete or incorrectly constructed or not at all are the result of not reflecting a complete emotional resemblance, despite the provision of physical and conceptual similarity. Although this seems to be a disadvantage of the simulation training, we can say that the simulation method is an effective way to develop nurses without harming the actual patient.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
