Objective: This study was performed to develop the postpartum mobile support application. Material and Methods: Action research method that is one of the qualitative research methods has been used. Interviews were made to determine which topics mothers need support in the postpartum period with the semi-structured interview form with 12 mothers who are in the 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum period. The determined postpartum support topics and their contents were presented to the expert's opinion; the content part has been completed according to the expert evaluations and suggestions. Based on the content that the needs determined by the mothers, the form, style of the application, an idea was created about the design, and its prototype was created in close cooperation with the computer engineer and software specialist. The created prototype has been updated with the suggestions of the mothers. Results: It was found that mothers needed an online support system with reminder notifications with a reliable knowledge base without time limitation. The content of the application developed to meet the needs was found to be in an adequate scope after the expert's opinion. During content creation, the literature, the World Health Organization, and the Republic of Turkey of the Ministry of Health postpartum care proposals were considered. Conclusion: By integrating the content into the software program, the postpartum mobile support application was developed. The postpartum mobile support application is a reliable source that mothers can use for postpartum 6 weeks.
