Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, koronavirüs hastalığı-2019 [coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19)] pandemisinde sağlık çalışanı olan ebeveynlerin anksiyete, korku, sosyal destek düzeylerini ve etkileyen faktörleri incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı olan araştırma, çevrim içi olarak 26 Ağustos-26 Ekim 2020 tarihleri arasında Türkiye'nin batısında bir Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesinde çalışan ve ebeveyn olan 126 sağlık çalışanı ile yürütüldü. Veriler, Google form üzerinden oluşturulan ''Kişisel Bilgi Formu'', ''Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği (BAÖ)'', ''COVID-19 Korkusu Ölçeği (COVID-19 KÖ)'' ve ''Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği (ÇBASDÖ)'' kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin analizi SPSS 24.0 paket programında sayı, standart sapma, yüzde, ki-kare, Shaphiro-Wilk testi, KruskalWallis, Mann-Whitney U testi ile yapıldı. Bulgular: Ebeveynlerin yaş ortalaması 39,08±6,84 bulundu. Ebeveynlerin BAÖ, COVID-19 KÖ, ÇBASDÖ puan ortalamalarının sırasıyla 16,81±13,51, 21,68±6,81, 62,62±17,48 olduğu bulundu. Ebeveynlerin kendisine COVID-19 bulaşma anksiyete düzeyi, çocuğun ihtiyacına yönelik sorun yaşama ile BAÖ, COVID-19 KÖ ve ÇBASDÖ puan ortalamaları arasında fark olduğu bulundu. Ebeveynlerin; cinsiyet, genel anksiyete, çocuğuna COVID-19 bulaştırma anksiyetesi, çocuğun ebeveynine COVID-19 bulaşma korkusu ile BAÖ ve COVID-19 KÖ puan ortalamaları arasında fark olduğu bulundu (p<0,05). Sonuç: Ebeveynlerin anksiyete ve COVID-19 korkusunu etkileyen faktörler; cinsiyet, genel anksiyete, çocuğuna COVID-19 bulaştırma anksiyete düzeyleri, çocuğun ebeveynine COVID-19 bulaşma korkusudur. Yeterli sosyal destek alamayan ebeveynlerin COVID-19 anksiyete ve korku düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu söylenebilir.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine anxiety, fear, social support levels and affecting factors of parents who are healthcare workers during the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Material and Methods: The descriptive study was conducted online between 26 August-26 October 2020 with 126 healthcare worker, who were parents and working in a Training and Research Hospital in the West of Türkiye. Data were collected using the ''Personal Information Form'', ''Beck Anxiety Scale (BAS)'', ''The Fear of COVID-19 Scale (FCV-19S)'', ''Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS)'' created through the Google form. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0 with number, standard deviation, percentage, chi-square, Shaphiro wilk test, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis tests. Results: The mean age of parents was 39.08±6.84 years. Parents' BAI, FCV-19S, MSPSS mean scores was found to be 16.81±13.51, 21.68±6.81, 62.62±17.48, respectively. It was found that there was a difference between the parents' anxiety about contracting COVID-19 and having problems regarding the child's needs and the mean scores of BAI, FCV-19S, MSPSS. It was found that there was a difference between parents' gender, general anxiety, anxiety about infecting your child with COVID-19, fear of infecting the child's parent with COVID-19, and BAI, FCV-19S scores. Conclusion: Factors affecting parents' COVID-19 anxiety and fear are gender, general anxiety, anxiety of infecting their child with COVID-19, and the child's fear of infecting their parents with COVID19. It can be said that parents who do not receive adequate social support have high levels of COVID-19 anxiety and fear.
