Objective: The aim of the study is to determine the relationship of fear of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) on fatigue and personal well-being in women. Material and Methods: The research is descriptive and relationship-seeking. The sample of the research consisted of 330 women aged between 18-65 years living in Turkey who gave consent to participate in the research. Research data were collected using Personal Information Form, COVID-19 Fear Scale, Fatigue Violence Scale and Personal Well-Being Index-Adult Form, and data collection forms were sent to women online and via social media platforms. Results: In our study, it was concluded that women have a balanced level of personal well-being (68.04±14.22), but they can be evaluated as tired (4.22±1.47) and have a higher than average fear of COVID-19 (18.41±6.45). Negatively significant (p=0.019) between COVID-19 fear scale total scores and personal wellbeing index total scores, positively significant between COVID-19 Fear Scale total scores and fatigue severity total scores (p=0.001), fatigue levels and personal well-being index total scores. It was found that there was a negative significant (p=0.032) relationship between the mean scores of the well-being index. Conclusion: The findings show that women are adversely affected by the pandemic process. The fact that women have chronic diseases, low income and having children increase the fear of COVID-19. In addition, as the level of fear of COVID-19 increased, it was determined that the personal well-being of women who experienced fatigue symptoms was negatively affected. For this reason, it is necessary to raise social and social awareness in order to reduce the negative effects that women may experience due to the pandemic.
