ÖZET
Amaç: Bir üniversite hastanesinin onkoloji kliniğinde yatan hastaların hemşirelik bakımından memnuniyetlerini ve etkileyen değişkenleri incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma evrenini, onkoloji kliniğinde yatan hastalar; örneklemi ise rastgele örneklem tekniğiyle, Mayıs 2014-Eylül 2014 tarihleri arasında Muzaffer Müfit Kayhan Onkoloji Hastanesinde tedavi ve bakım hizmeti alan, seçilme kriterlerine uyan 129 hasta oluşturmuştur. Çalışma kapsamına 18 yaş ve üstü olan, kognitif ve bilişsel fonksiyonları iyi olan, iletişim kurulabilen, en az üç gündür hastanede yatan ve araştırmaya katılmaya istekli olan hastalar alınmıştır. Araştırman verilerinin toplanmasında ''hasta tanıtım formu'', ''Hemşirelik Bakımından Memnuniyet Ölçeği (NHMÖ)'' ve ''Hemşirelik Bakımı ile İlgili Yaşananlar Ölçeği (HBYÖ)'' olmak üzere iki ölçekten oluşan ''Newcastle Hemşirelikten Memnuniyet Ölçekleri (NHMÖ)'' kullanılmıştır. Veriler hastalarla yüz yüze görüşülerek toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı ve yüzde, iki ortalama arasındaki farkın önemlilik testi, Mann Whitney-U testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular:Veriler analiz edildiğinde hastaların HBYÖ ölçeğine verdikleri toplam puanın 57,59±11,36, HBMÖ ölçeğine verdikleri toplam puanın ise 76,59±15,11 olduğu saptanmıştır. Hastalar HBYÖ ölçeğinde 3,11±2,19 puan ortalaması ile ''hemşirelerin benimle oturmaya ve konuşmaya zamanları vardı'', HBMÖ ölçeğinde ise 3,91±1,09 puan ortalaması ile ''hemşirelerin size durumunuz ve tedaviniz ile ilgili yeterli bilgi vermelerinden'' ifadelerine en düşük puanları verdikleri bulunmuştur. Hastaların sosyodemografik ve hastane yatış özelliklerine göre HBMÖ ve HBYÖ puan ortalaması arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmamıştır. Sonuç: Çalışmada, hastaların hemşirelik bakımından memnun oldukları saptanmıştır. Fakat hastalar, hemşirelerin kendilerine ayırdıkları zaman dilimlerinin ve bilgilendirmenin yetersizliğini vurgulamışlardır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The study was conducted as a descriptive study to examine the nursing satisfaction and the affecting variables of the patients staying in the oncology clinic of a university hospital. Material and Methods: The research universe consisted of patients staying in the oncology clinic and the sample consisted of 129 patients who received treatment and care services at Muzaffer Mufit Kayhan Oncology Hospital with random sampling technique and who met the selection criteria in May 2014-September 2014. Patients who were 18 years old or older, who had good cognitive functions, who were able to communicate, who had been staying in the hospital for at least three days and who were willing to participate in the study were taken into study content. The Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scales (NSNS), consisting of two scales, "patient instruction form", "Satisfaction with Nursing Care Scale (SNCS)" and "Experiences of Nursing Care Scale (ENCS)" were used to collect the research data. The data were collected by face to face interviews with patients. In the analysis of the data, the number and the percentage, the significance test of the difference between the two means, the Mann Whitney-U test were used. Results: When the data were analyzed, it was determined that the total score given by the patients on the ENCS scale was 57.59±11.36 and the total score on the SNCS scale was 76.59±15.11. Patients were found to give the lowest score for the expression of "nurses had time to sit and talk with me" on the ENCS scale with a mean of 3.11±2.19 points and for the expression of "nurses giving you enough information about your situation and your treatment" on the SNCS scale with a mean of 3.91±1.09 points. There was no significant relationship between SNCS and ENCS score means according to sociodemographic and hospitalization characteristics of the patients. Conclusion: In the study, it was determined that the patients were satisfied with nursing care. However, the patients emphasized the inadequacy of the time periods and information that the nurses allocated to them.

2.2. USER: A natural person or a legal identity accessing to the "SITE" through online settings.

- Providing scientific articles, books and informative publications for health industry.

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. Any changes and/or corrections that are required by "Turkiye Klinikleri", may be made by "Turkiye Klinikleri" when needed. Any harm, criminal and civil liability resulted or will result from changes and/or corrections required by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and were not made on time by the "USER"s belongs completely to the users.

4.8. "Turkiye Klinikleri" may give links through the "SITE" to other websites and/or "CONTEXT"s and/or folders that are outside of their control and owned and run by third parties. These links are provided for ease of reference only and do not hold qualification for support the respective web SITE or the admin or declaration or guarantee for the information inside. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is not responsible for executing late or never of this hereby "Terms of Use", privacy policy and "USER Contract" in any situation legally taken into account as force majeure. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
