ÖZET
Amaç: Bu çalışmada, emziren annelerin toplumsal alanda emzirme ile ilgili görüş, tutum ve davranışlarının belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı tipte yürütülen araştırma, Temmuz 2021-Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında emzirme deneyimi olan ya da hâlen emziren toplam 310 anne ile yürütüldü. Annelerin demografik ve obstetrik verileri ile toplumsal alanda emzirme ile ilgili görüş, tutum ve davranışları tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılarak hesaplandı. Bulgular: Anneler, ortalama 28,74±5,28 (minimum: 19-maksimum: 43) yaşında, %58,1'i ilköğretim mezunu, %83,2'si ev hanımı, %48,1'i 2 çocuğa sahipti. Katılımcıların %29'unun eş ve anneleri dışındaki bireylerin yanında emzirmekten çekindikleri ve başka odada emzirdikleri belirlendi. Araştırmaya dâhil olan annelerin %45,7'si, daha önce topluma açık bir alanda emziren bir kadın gördüğünde bir takım olumsuz duygular (garipseme, utanma, ayıplama vb.) hissettiğini ifade etti. Annelerin %30,6'sı toplumsal alanlarda emzirmenin normal olmadığını, %47,7'si sadece emzirme odalarında emzirilmesi gerektiğini, %88,1'i toplumsal alanda emzirirken memenin mutlaka örtülmesi gerektiğini, %65,2'si örtü olmadan emzirilen çocuk görmekten rahatsız olacağını düşünmektedir. Araştırmamıza katılan annelerin %17,4'ü restoranda bebeğini emzirdiğini, %56,5'i emzirirken görüldüğünde utanacağını, %49,4'ü toplumsal alanlarda sadece emzirme odalarında emzirebileceğini, %95,5'i emzirirken çekilmiş fotoğrafını bir sosyal medya hesabında asla paylaşmayacağını ifade etti. Sonuç: Çalışmamızdaki annelerin toplumsal alanda emzirme davranışını kabul etme oranı düşüktür. Ayrıca anneler restoran, park ve otobüs gibi toplumsal alanlarda emzirme davranışını oldukça nadir gerçekleştirmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: This study was aimed to determine the views, attitudes and behaviors of breastfeeding mothers about breastfeeding in the public. Material and Methods: The research was descriptive study. The study was conducted with 310 women who had breastfeeding experience or are currently breastfeeding between July 2021 and April 2022. Mother's demographic and obstetric data and views, attitudes and behaviors about breastfeeding in the public were evaluated using descriptive statistics. Results: The mothers were 28.74±5.28 (minimum: 19-maximum: 43) years old on average, 58.1% were primary school graduates, 83.2% were housewives and 48.1% had 2 children. It was determined that 29% of the participants were hesitate breastfeed in the presence of individuals other than their spouses and mothers, and they breastfed in another room. 45.7% of the mothers stated that they felt some negative emotions (strangeness, embarrassment, shame, etc.) when they saw a woman breastfeeding in a public before. 30.6% of the mothers stated that breastfeeding is not normal in public, 47.7% said they should only be breastfed in breastfeeding rooms, 88.1% said that the breast should be covered while breastfeeding in public, 65.2% of them think that they will be uncomfortable seeing a child who is breastfed without a cover. Of the participant 17.4% stated that they breastfeed their baby in the restaurant, 56.5% would be embarrassed if they were seen while breastfeeding, 49.4% stated that they could breastfeed in public areas only in breastfeeding rooms, 95.5% stated that they would never share a photo taken while breastfeeding on social media. Conclusion: The percentage of mothers accepting breastfeeding behavior in the public is low. Also, mothers rarely perform breastfeeding in public areas such as restaurants, parks and buses.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
