ÖZET
Adeziv köprüler, tek diş eksikliklerinde uygulanan konservatif bir tedavi yaklaşımıdır. Konvansiyonel köprülere göre düşük maliyet, zaman kazanımı, uygulama kolaylığı, metal korozyonu ve allerjisinin olmaması, temizliğinin kolay olması avantajlarındandır. Adeziv köprüler estetik olmaları, kolay tamir edilebilmeleri ve destek dişlerde fazla preparasyon gerektirmemelerinden dolayı alternatif bir tedavi çeşidi olmuştur. Günümüzde geliştirilen mekanik ve estetik özellikleri sayesinde daha popüler hale gelmişlerdir. Adeziv köprüler hasta başında diş hekimi veya laboratuarda teknisyen tarafından yapılabilmektedir. Bu tip köprüler; periodontal açıdan problemli destek dişlerin varlığında, travma nedeniyle oluşan diş kayıplarında ve implant tedavisinde yükleme öncesi geçici restorasyon yapımında uygulanmaktadır. Restoratif diş hekimliğinde tek diş eksikliğinin, restorasyonunda optimal estetik ve fonksiyonel başarı elde etmek, önemli zorluklardan bir tanesidir. Bu tür durumlar, üç üyeli porselen köprü, implant destekli protez ve adeziv köprülerle tedavi edilebilir. Her tedavi seçeneğinin kendine göre avantaj ve dezavantajı vardır. Bu tedavilerden, Maryland köprülerin en büyük dezavantajı, metalin delikli olmasından dolayı simanın uzaklaşmasıdır. O yüzden artık günümüzde nadir yapılmaktadır. Labial veya lingual yüzeyde tam seramik porselenle birlikte veneer restorasyonun kullanılması, diş mobilitesi ve seramiğin düşük esneme dayanımından dolayı sık sık birleşme bölgelerinde başarısızlık görülmektedir. Teknolojik gelişmeler fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri geliştirilmiş malzemelerin üretilmesini sağlamıştır. Bunlardan bir tanesi de Fiber materyalidir. Adeziv köprülerde alt yapı materyali olarak kullanılırlar. Estetik ve dayanıklı materyallerdir.

ABSTRACT
The adhesive bridge offers a conservative method for replacement of one teeth. Other advantages include reduction of cost compared to conventional bridges, saving of time, ease of application, absence of metal allergy and corrosion, ease of cleaning, Since adhesive bridges have aesthetic easy to repair and require no preparation on sound teeth, they present an alternative treatment Today adhesive restorations are becoming more popular with developing of the mechanical and esthetics characteristic. Adhesive bridges can be fabricated either by a dentist in chairside or by a dental technician in the dental laboratuary. This type of bridges are used with Periodontally compromised abutments, tooth loss from trauma and fixed provisional during the post-implant healing phase before loading. Replacement of a single anterior tooth to achieve an optimal aesthetic and functional result was one of the most difficult decision for restorative dentistry. Each of the treatments available for one tooth loss conditions. Three unit porcelain bridges, implant supported prosthesis and adhesive bridges. All these have own advantages and disadvantages. From these treatments Maryland bridges have some disadvantages, a major of theese etched-metal prosthesis has failed as a result of decement because of the holes of metal through the restoration. Therefore, they are using seldomly today. Using of the all-ceramic substructure with a veneer restoration on the labial or lingual surfaces often failed at the joints as a result of tooth mobility, low flexural strength of the ceramic. Tecnological evolutions have provided the production of physical and mechanical improved new materials. One of theese is Fibers. They are used substructure materials for adhesive bridges. They are esthetic and enduring materials.
