ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu çalışma, ürostomisi olan hastaların sızıntıya bağlı yaşadıkları sorunları ve bu sorunlar ile baş etme yöntemlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmada, olasılık temelli olmayan amaçlı örnekleme tekniklerinden uygun örnekleme yöntemi kullanıldı. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu bir üniversite hastanesinin üroloji kliniğine herhangi bir sebeple yatışı yapılan, sızıntı sorunu olan ve görüşme yapmayı kabul eden ürostomisi olan erişkin hastalar oluşturdu. Araştırma verileri, Haziran 2021-Ocak 2022 tarihleri arasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme ile toplandı. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Araştırmanın örneklemini yaşları 48-74 arasında değişen sızıntı sorunu yaşayan ürostomili 10 hasta oluşturdu. Hastaların çoğunluğunun daha önce ürostomi bakımı hakkında yeterli bilgi almadığı ve sosyal destek sistemlerini aile üyelerinin oluşturduğu belirlendi. Hastaların sızıntıya bağlı yaşadığı sorunlar fizyolojik ve psikolojik olmak üzere 2 temaya ayrıldı. Ürostomisi olan hastaların sızıntıya bağlı yaşadıkları sorunların daha çok psikolojik sorunlar olduğu belirlendi. Ürostomisi olan hastaların fiziksel olarak en sık tahriş sorunu ve psikolojik olarak ise en sık üzüntü yaşadıkları belirlendi. Ürostomili hastaların sızıntı ile baş etme yöntemleri de yaşadıkları sorunlar ile paralel olarak fiziksel ve psikolojik yöntemler olmak üzere 2 temaya ayrıldı. Hastaların fiziksel sorunlar ile baş etmede en sık olarak bariyer amaçlı stoma pastası kullandıkları ve psikolojik sorunlar ile baş etmede ise durumu kabullenme yöntemini seçtikleri belirlendi. Sonuç: Ürostomisi olan hastaların sızıntıya bağlı hem fizyolojik hem de psikolojik sorunlar yaşadıkları ve sızıntı ile baş etmede çeşitli fiziksel ve psikolojik yöntemler kullandıkları sonucuna ulaşıldı.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This study was conducted to determine the problems experienced by patients with urostomy due to leakage and the methods of coping with these problems. Material and Methods: The convenient sampling method, one of the non-probability-based purposive sampling techniques, was used in the study. The study group of the study consisted of adult patients with urostomy who were admitted to the urology clinic of a university hospital for any reason, had leakage problems, and agreed to interview. Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews between June 2021 and January 2022. The content analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. Results: The sample of the study consisted of 10 patients with urostomy, aged between 48 and 74, who had leakage problems. It was determined that the majority of the patients did not receive sufficient information about urostomy care before and their family members formed their social support systems. The problems experienced by the patients due to leakage are divided into two themes as physiological and psychological. It has been determined that the problems experienced by patients with urostomy due to leakage are mostly psychological. It has been determined that patients with urostomy experience the most physical irritation problem and the most common psychological distress. The methods of coping with leakage of patients with urostomy are also divided into two themes, physical and psychological methods, in parallel with the problems they experience. It was determined that the patients most frequently used barrier-purpose stoma paste to cope with physical problems, and they chose the method of accepting the situation in coping with psychological problems. Conclusion: It was concluded that patients with urostomy experience both physiological and psychological problems due to leakage and use various physical and psychological methods to cope with leakage.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
